ระบบท่อลมขนส่งคือระบบขนส่งเอกสารและวัสดุด้วยแรงลม โดยส่งผ่านไปตามท่อส่งซึ่งติดตั้งเป็นเครือข่ายเชื่อมโยงจุดรับ-ส่งเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน โดยใช้กระสวยเป็นตัวกลางในการขนส่งซึ่งมีให้เลือกหลายขนาดแล้วแต่ลักษณะการใช้งานซึ่งแตกต่างกันไป เหมาะสำหรับการขนส่งวัสดุขนาดเล็กที่ต้องการความเร่งด่วน ซึ่งจะทำให้ช่วยประหยัดเวลา รวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย

สถานีรับ-ส่ง
คืออุปกรณ์ที่ใช้เป็นจุดรับและส่งกระสวย มีหลายรูปแบบให้เลือกใช้ตามความเหมาะสมกับกิจการแต่ละประเภท

กระสวย หรือ Carrier
เป็นภาชนะทรงกระบอกใช้สำหรับบรรจุสิ่งของที่จะขนส่งผานทางระบบท่อลม มีหลายขนาด ที่ความยาวต่างๆ รวมทั้งกระสวยที่ออกแบบขึ้นเฉพาะอย่างเช่น กระสวยกันน้ำ, RFID, anti-microbial เป็นต้น

ชุดเครื่องกำเนิดลม

ไดเวอร์เตอร์ (Diverter)
เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สำหรับกำหนดแนวเส้นท่อที่จะส่งกระสวยผ่านไปยังสถานีที่กำหนดได้อย่างถูกต้อง โดยจะรับคำสั่งมาจากหน่วยควบคุมส่วนกลางของ มีลักษณะการใช้งานทั้งแบบ 2 ทิศทางและ 3 ทิศทาง เหมาะสำหรับที่จะติดตั้งบนเพดานหรือผนังในตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสม

ท่อส่ง (Pneumatic Tube)
เป็นท่อที่ผลิตมาเพื่อใช้ในระบบท่อลมรับ-ส่งเอกสารและพัสดุเท่านั้น ทีทั้งท่อตรงและท่อโค้ง มีหลายขนาดหลายแบบให้เลือกใช้ตามความต้องการ

ระบบรถตู้ขนส่ง Telelift Unicar คืออะไร / ทำงานอย่างไร

เป็นระบบลำเลียงเอกสาร-วัสดุที่ให้ความคล่องตัวและใช้งานได้อย่างกว้างขวางด้วยตู้ขนส่งผ่านระบบรางซึ่งใช้เป็นเส้นทางวิ่งเชื่อมโยงจุดรับส่งของแต่ละหน่วยงานเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน โดยสามารถติดตั้งรางอลูมิเนียมได้ทั้งแบบรางตรง รางโค้ง พร้อมอุปกรณ์สับหลีกรางแบบต่างๆ ทำให้ตู้ขนส่งเคลื่อนที่ได้ทุกทิศทางทั้งแนวราบ แนวดิ่ง จะเดินหน้า ถอยหลัง เลี้ยวซ้าย ขวา หรือแม้แต่กลับหัว ได้อย่างไม่มีข้อจำกัด การติดตั้งรางสามารถทำให้กลมกลืนกับสถานที่ได้

อุปกรณ์มาตรฐานที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งของระบบ telelift คือตู้ขนส่งที่ประกอบด้วยตัวถังหรือส่วนบรรจุซึ่งมีหลายลักษณะ ให้เลือกใช้ตามวัสดุที่จะใช้ขนส่ง  และชุดขับเคลื่อนที่มีมอเตอร์ขับ ล้อ กันชนและอุปกรณ์ควบคุมอิเลคโทรนิค องค์ประกอบเหล่านี้จะทำหน้าที่สั่งงานให้ตู้แต่ละตู้เดินทางโดยอิสระจากจุดต้นทางไปตามแนวราง  แล้วแยกเข้าสู่สถานีที่ต้องการโดยอัตโนมัติ ตำแหน่งของตู้ในระบบสามารถจะตรวจสอบได้จากชุดควบคุมกลาง มีมาตรฐานรักษาความปลอดภัย คือฝาตู้จะเปิดได้ต่อเมื่อมาหยุดที่สถานีจุดหมายเท่านั้นด้วยระบบ electronic lock และยังสามารถเพิ่มระดับการรักษาความปลอดภัยได้อีกขั้นหนึ่งโดยกำหนดรหัสเปิดล๊อคฝาตู้ในขณะที่ส่งตู้ออกจากสถานีต้นทางได้

Swisslog’s Telelift MultiLift system is comprised of fully automatic container lifts for vertical transport between building floors and belt and/or roller conveyors for horizontal movement at any floor level. Standard containers have a maximum payload of 25 kg (55 lbs) and specialized containers have a maximum payload of 70 kg (150 lbs). The MultiLift system is used primarily in libraries for book returns as well as hospitals for the transport of medicine, blood products, sterile goods and documents.

MultiLift Vehicle System Provides Flexibility

The MultiLift vehicle system offers flexibility in conveyor transport options depending upon your requirements. Automatic vertical transport offers various payload capacities with loading and unloading stations located either side-by-side or on either side of the shaft. Horizontal movement is achieved with belt and roller conveyors with supply and return tracks placed either side-by-side or above one another. The system also enables prompt turning with 90-degree corner turns, controlled 90-degree switches and controlled 180-degree turn around devices. Fire doors are installed at wall openings as well.
